Both companies origionally started with differing sides of usenet. NNTPd offered consulting and NNTP server software while NNTP-Services offered technical support and abuse monitoring. After the merger these products and services were all kept and some new ones added such as suck feeds.

The addition of the new products and services has given us a larger audience and a broader customer base. Our customers range from end users and software developers to companies with thousands of employees and ISP's.
