Usenet monitoring for the posting of copyright infringing articles. As mentioned before, our abuse monitoring is not a new service but is simply new to the public. We have been doing abuse monitoring and reporting for a few companies for the last few months as a beta test. They are quite happy with the results. Some products are rarely seen on Usenet, while others can appear daily for a month at a time. We cannot guarantee that we will find your product on Usenet, but we will guarantee that if it is found, we will report it back to you. Costs for our abuse monitoring are listed below. Please remember that this will include daily email reports and if necessary twice daily if there is a large volume of infringing posts. Daily reports allow you to contact an ISP or Usenet Provider while they still have the logs available in order to deal with that customer and issue a cancel message for those infringing posts. From 1 to 5 products or titles per month - $30.00 per month There is no minimum period and no contract required other than our service agreement. All fees are due up front and will be rebilled on a monthly basis. |
